TissueGnostics is a biotech company offering quantitative analysis of tissue images and thus new analysis tools for research and medical diagnosis.
TissueGnostics – quantitative analysis of tissue images
Tissue + Diagnostics = TissueGnostics. Diagnosing malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases and inflammatory processes has traditionally been accomplished by visual approximations. TissueGnostics aims to supply researchers with qualitative and observer independent results for cell and tissue analysis, both in tissue context and in automated format. TissueGnostics developed FAXS Line, allowing automated identification and functional characterization of single cells in tissue sections. For instance, TissueFAXS is a powerful scanning and image management software. The autofocus function of TissueFAXS was specifically developed for fully automated routines. The TissueFAXS management and acquisition software combines an intuitive and user friendly interface and a comfortable workflow with extensive control functions. Data can be generated overnight and will be available to the operator for further processing on the next morning. Furthermore, TissueGnostics also proposes HemoFAXS (a bone marrow counter) and StrataFAXS (a context analysis system). TissueGnostics also developed several software, like TissueQuest (fluorescence analysis), StrataQuest (image analysis) and HistoQuest (brightfield analysis).
