SkylineDx is specialized in the development and marketing of innovative diagnostic tests based on genetic signatures with high clinical value. SkylineDx products make it possible for patients to obtain better insights in their disease and get the most optimal treatment. The MMprofiler is the key product of SkylineDx. It is the only standardized and validated all-in-one assay for multiple myeloma (MM) which uses new genetic signatures, such as SKY92. The MMprofiler is a unique and comprehensive micro-array based Gene Expression Profiling (GEP) assay (test) for genetic subtyping of the heterogeneous disease Multiple Myeloma. The MMprofiler measures the activity of 92 genes which are directly or indirectly related to the disease. MMprofiler test kit contains a gene expression microarray including Instructions For Use (IFU) describing the sample preparation steps and a fully automated and standardized data analysis service using SkylineDx’ proprietary algorithms resulting in a standardized report presenting the outcome of all genetic markers currently known to be relevant in MM. The MMprofiler not only improves patient stratification in clinical trials but will also provide guidance to physicians for optimal patient management based on prognostic information. Furthermore, SkylineDx also provides AMLprofiler, a diagnostic test that makes the distinction between the various forms of acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The AMLprofiler simplifies the challenging task to recognize Acute Myeloid Leukemia subtypes and make individualized therapy decisions. It delivers faster results and improved patient classification on an integrated and validated array platform.

SkylineDx is a spin-off of Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam (Netherlands) and has 19 employees. Scientific Advisory Board is composed by Andrzej Jakubowiak, Shaji Kumar, Sagar Lonial, Antonio Palumbo, David Siegel, Pieter Sonneveld and Keith Stewart.
