STOUGHTON, Mass., March 03, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc. (Nasdaq: COLL), a leading, diversified biopharmaceutical company, and Paris Hilton, an entrepreneur, musician, author, and advocate, announced today ‘Embrace Your Sparkle’, a campaign aimed at encouraging broader understanding and open dialogue about attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

ADHD affects approximately 15.5 million adults1 and 6.5 million children in the U.S.2 with an estimated 70% continuing to experience symptoms into adulthood3. However, ADHD remains frequently underrecognized in adults, contributing to delayed diagnosis4,5. And for many, the diagnosis comes with a stigma, often in the forms of stereotypes, prejudice, and discrimination6.

For Paris, living with ADHD has included moments shaped by stigma and self-doubt, but it has also brought a creative spark, inspired innovation in her business endeavors, and shaped a unique way of approaching the world. Through ‘Embrace Your Sparkle’, she is sharing her story to help broaden the narrative around ADHD and normalize conversations not only about the diagnosis itself, but about how people manage it in their everyday lives.

“I’ve learned to look at ADHD from a different perspective,” said Paris Hilton. “‘Embrace Your Sparkle’ reminds me that ADHD can be a source of creativity and courage. At the same time, the day-to-day challenges of ADHD symptoms are very real. There are days when balancing motherhood, music, and work feels overwhelming, and I know so many people can relate to that.”

“ADHD shows up differently for everyone, and too often those experiences are disregarded or minimized,” said Scott Dreyer, Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer of Collegium Pharmaceutical. “Paris brings an authentic and powerful perspective to help shine a light on the everyday realities of living with ADHD and the importance of finding support that fits each individual.”

Paris’ Treatment Experience to Help Manage ADHD Symptoms

It may not have been apparent to others, but staying focused was a daily struggle for Paris. Her ADHD symptoms often felt most difficult at the start of the day – when mornings became overwhelming, and it felt like she was behind before the day even began. After speaking with her doctor, she found a treatment plan to help manage her symptoms and support her routine and needs.

For Paris, that plan includes JORNAY PM® (methylphenidate HCl) extended-release capsules, CII, a central nervous system (CNS) stimulant indicated for the treatment of ADHD in patients 6 years and older. JORNAY PM is taken in the evening and is designed to begin working in the morning with lasting symptom support throughout the day and into the early evening. JORNAY PM may help increase attention and decrease impulsiveness and hyperactivity.

Paris explained, “I like that I take JORNAY PM at night, because it fits into my routine. When I wake up, it’s already working and lasts throughout my day into early evening.”

Paris’ experience reflects her individual treatment journey. Individual results may vary. Individuals should consult a healthcare provider to discuss appropriate ADHD treatment options.

What is JORNAY PM?

JORNAY PM is a central nervous system (CNS) stimulant prescription medicine used for the treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in people 6 years of age and older. JORNAY PM may help increase attention and decrease impulsiveness and hyperactivity in people 6 years of age and older with ADHD. JORNAY PM is not recommended for use in children under 6 years of age with ADHD.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

JORNAY PM is a federally controlled substance (CII) because it contains methylphenidate and has a high chance of abuse and misuse and may lead to substance use problems, including addiction. Misuse and abuse of JORNAY PM can lead to overdose and death, which is increased with higher doses of JORNAY PM or if it is used in ways that are not approved, such as snorting or injection. Your healthcare provider (HCP) should check for signs of abuse, misuse, and addiction before starting and during treatment with JORNAY PM. JORNAY PM may lead to physical dependence after prolonged use, even if taken as directed by your HCP. Tell your HCP if you or your child have ever abused or been dependent on alcohol, prescription medicines, or street drugs.

JORNAY PM can be a target for people who abuse prescription medicines or street drugs. Keep JORNAY PM in a safe place to protect it from theft. Never give your JORNAY PM to anyone else, because it may cause death or harm them. Selling or giving away JORNAY PM may harm others and is against the law.

JORNAY PM should not be taken if you or your child is allergic to methylphenidate or any of the ingredients in JORNAY PM or is taking or has taken an antidepressant called a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) within the last 14 days.

JORNAY PM may cause other serious side effects, including:

  • Risks for people with serious heart disease. Sudden death has happened in people who have heart defects or other serious heart disease. Your HCP should check carefully for heart problems before starting JORNAY PM. Tell your HCP about any heart problems, heart disease, or heart defects. Call your HCP or go to the nearest hospital emergency room right away if there are any signs of heart problems, such as chest pain, shortness of breath, or fainting during treatment.
  • Increased blood pressure and heart rate. Blood pressure and heart rate should be checked regularly during treatment.
  • Mental (psychiatric) problems, including new or worse behavior and thought problems, new or worse bipolar illness, new psychotic symptoms (such as hearing voices or seeing or believing things that are not real) or new manic symptoms. Tell your HCP about any mental problems, or about a family history of suicide, bipolar illness, or depression. Call your HCP right away if there are any new or worsening mental symptoms or problems during treatment.
  • Painful and prolonged erections (priapism) in males. If painful and prolonged erections happen, get medical help right away.
  • Circulation problems in fingers and toes (peripheral vasculopathy, including Raynaud’s phenomenon). Signs and symptoms may include fingers or toes feeling numb, cool, painful, sensitive to temperature, and/or changing color from pale, to blue, to red. Tell your HCP about any circulation problems in fingers or toes. Call your HCP right away if any signs of unexplained wounds appear on fingers or toes.
  • Slowing of growth (height and weight) in children. Children should have their height and weight checked often while taking JORNAY PM.
  • Eye problems (increased pressure in the eye and glaucoma). Tell your HCP about any eye problems. Call your HCP right away if changes in vision or eye pain, swelling, or redness occurs.
  • New or worsening tics or worsening Tourette’s syndrome. Tell your HCP if any new or worsening tics or worsening Tourette’s syndrome occurs.

Before taking JORNAY PM, tell your HCP if you or your child:

  • are pregnant or plan to become pregnant. It is not known if JORNAY PM will harm an unborn baby.
  • are breastfeeding or plan to breastfeed. JORNAY PM passes into the breast milk.

Tell your HCP about all of the medicines that you or your child takes, including prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements. JORNAY PM and some medicines may interact with each other and cause serious side effects. Especially tell your HCP if you or your child takes medicine to treat depression, including MAOIs.

Avoid drinking alcohol during treatment with JORNAY PM. This may cause a faster release of the medicine in JORNAY PM.

The most common side effects of methylphenidate include decreased appetite, trouble sleeping, nausea, vomiting, indigestion, stomach pain, weight loss, anxiety, dizziness, irritability, mood swings (affect lability), increased heart rate, and increased blood pressure.

The most common side effects of JORNAY PM in clinical studies in children ages 6 to 12 with ADHD include trouble sleeping, decreased appetite, restlessness (psychomotor hyperactivity), headache, nausea, mood swings and vomiting. These are not all the possible side effects of JORNAY PM.

You are encouraged to report negative side effects of prescription drugs to the FDA. Visit www.fda.gov/medwatch, or call 1-800-FDA-1088.

Nanox Signs Distribution Agreement with Imperial Imaging Technology to Expand Nanox.ARC Access Across U.S. Southeast

Agreement with Imperial Imaging strengthens Nanox’s commercial rollout across the orthopedic-rich segment in six U.S. Southeast states.

Distribution Agreement Supports U.S. Market Expansion

PETACH TIKVA, Israel, March 03, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Nano-X Imaging Ltd. (NASDAQ: NNOX), a leader in innovative medical imaging technology, today announced that its US-based subsidiary, Nanox Impact Inc. has signed a new distribution agreement with Imperial Imaging Technology LLC, a Georgia based provider of diagnostic imaging solutions.

The collaboration will support the commercial rollout of the Nanox.ARC, a multisource digital tomosynthesis system that makes 3D imaging possible in more clinical settings, at a lower cost and reduced radiation dose compared to traditional CT, across key regional markets in the United States.

Under the terms of the agreement, Imperial Imaging Technology will serve as a distributor for the Nanox.ARC system and related services across Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Northern Florida. Imperial will lead its marketing and sales efforts and provide ongoing customer support. Imperial will coordinate product demonstrations and facilitate clinical evaluations for orthopedic practices and healthcare facilities in the territory in connection with opportunities pursued by Imperial.

Nanox is advancing its channel partner strategy in the United States, building a geographically diverse network of regional distributors with deep domain expertise. This distribution agreement expands Nanox’s footprint across the Southeast, a significant growing market for orthopedic services, aligning the company with a partner that owns deep experience supporting orthopedic and musculoskeletal practices (MSK), including familiarity with clinical workflows and point-of-care imaging cases.

Together, Nanox and Imperial Imaging aim to expand access to advanced MSK imaging directly within orthopedic practices. Keeping imaging closer to the point of care reduces the need for patients to travel to off-site imaging centers or emergency departments, improves continuity of care, and enables more efficient clinical workflows. Since Nanox.ARC’s DTS imaging is reimbursable under an existing CPT code and no pre-authorization is required, it can help reduce administrative burden and speed up patient treatment while improving affordability for clinics.

Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Marietta, Georgia, Imperial Imaging has rapidly grown into a leading independent distributor serving hospitals, orthopedic practices, urgent care centers, surgery centers, and other clinical facilities. Imperial Imaging brings deep relationships within the orthopedic community across its six-state territory and known for its high-quality service and installation expertise. Its portfolio covers X-ray, MRI, ultrasound, CT, and comprehensive service programs tailored to clinical workflows. The company was recently named to the Inc. 5000 list, underscoring its strong market momentum.

“We are pleased to welcome Imperial Imaging into our growing network of U.S. distribution partners,” said Erez Meltzer, CEO and Acting Chairman of the Board of Nanox. “This collaboration reflects our commitment to regional strategies that pair advanced imaging technology with trusted, relationship-driven distribution. Imperial Imaging’s strong presence, especially in the orthopedic community, makes them an ideal partner for bringing the Nanox.ARC to more practices and patients across the Southeast.”

“We chose to partner with Nanox for the deployment of multiple systems as the Nanox.ARC aims to support clinicians in revealing new or undetected clinical findings bringing value in orthopedic point of care imaging. Keeping imaging closer to the point of care reduces the need for patients to travel to off-site imaging centers or emergency departments, improves continuity of care, and enables more efficient clinical workflows. The system is reimbursable under an existing CPT code and no pre-authorization is required, which can reduce administrative burden and speed up patient treatment while improving affordability for clinics,” Aaron Pressley, President of Imperial Imaging Technology. We’re excited to bring this advanced technology to the orthopedic community across the Southeast.”

Prolium Bioscience Launches with $50 Million and Announces First Patients Dosed with PRO-203, a Potential Best-in-Class CD20xCD3 T-Cell Engager, for Severe Autoimmune Disease

Initial $50M Series A investment from founding investor RTW Investments

Proceeds will fund clinical development of PRO-203 in systemic sclerosis (SSc) and multiple additional severe autoimmune diseases

NEW YORK, March 03, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Prolium Bioscience, Inc. (Prolium), a clinical stage biotechnology company, today announced its launch with a $50 million Series A Financing to develop PRO-203, a potential best-in-class CD20xCD3 T-cell engager, for severe autoimmune disease. The financing was led by its founding investor, RTW Investments (RTW).

Prolium announced that it has begun dosing healthy volunteers in an ongoing single ascending dose study of PRO-203 and expects to initiate a multinational Phase 1/2 study of PRO-203 in systemic sclerosis (SSc) in Q2 2026. Additionally, five patients with treatment-refractory, advanced systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), all of whom also have lupus nephritis (LN), have been treated with PRO-203 in an investigator-initiated study. Results will be reported at a future medical conference. Prolium plans to initiate further clinical studies this year in additional severe autoimmune diseases that are driven predominantly by aberrant B-cells.

“T-cell engagers are the next frontier in treating autoimmune disease, with the potential to achieve deep B-cell depletion in tissues, like CAR-T, without many of the challenges of CAR-T,” said Scott Requadt, CEO of Prolium. “CD20 is the most well-validated target in B-cell driven autoimmune diseases. Based on promising initial safety and efficacy data, we are excited about the potential of PRO-203 to achieve deep, durable remissions in patients with autoimmune disease and to be an important new therapy for scleroderma and other serious autoimmune diseases.”

“PRO-203 has the potential to change the treatment paradigm in scleroderma and other serious autoimmune diseases,” said Peter Fong, Partner and President, RTW. “Prolium’s team is executing impressively to generate substantial data readouts of PRO-203 in several autoimmune disorders within the next two years.”

Prolium was founded in 2025 by RTW, which invested $50 million in the company. PRO-203 works by binding both CD20+ B-cells and CD3 on T-cells, forming an immunological synapse around the target cells and recruiting effector T cells to the vicinity of target cells, thereby redirecting T-cells to eradicate B-cells via T-cell dependent cellular cytotoxicity (TDCC). The company in-licensed global rights in all non-oncology indications and ex-Asia rights for oncology indications to PRO-203 from KeyMed Biosciences and InnoCare Pharma. PRO-203 has previously been studied in a Phase 1/2 trial in relapsed/refractory Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL) patients in China, resulting in an overall complete response (CR) rate of 59% and an overall response rate (ORR) of 82% in patients dosed at therapeutic levels.

Poplar Therapeutics Closes $45 million Series A Extension to Advance Development of Lead Program, PHB-050, A New Class of Anti-IgE Therapy for Multiple Atopic Conditions

Poplar Therapeutics Closes $45 million Series A Extension to Advance Development of Lead Program, PHB-050, A New Class of Anti-IgE Therapy for Multiple Atopic Conditions

Poplar Therapeutics Closes $45 million Series A Extension to Advance Development of Lead Program, PHB-050, A New Class of Anti-IgE Therapy for Multiple Atopic Conditions

Extension financing adds new investors, Janus Henderson Investors and RA Capital, with strong renewed participation from existing investors

Proceeds will support further clinical development of lead program PHB-050 in food allergy and other atopic conditions

Phase 1 clinical trial for PHB-050 remains on track

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Poplar Therapeutics, Inc., a clinical-stage immunology company developing a new class of anti-IgE therapy to treat food allergy and other atopic conditions, today announced the closing of its Series A extension round, bringing its total Series A financing to $95 million. The round was led by Janus Henderson Investors, with RA Capital also participating as a new investor. The financing was further supported by existing investors, including SR One, Vida Ventures and affiliates of ArrowMark Partners. The additional capital from this financing will support the continued advancement of its lead asset, PHB-050, through clinical development.

“Poplar Therapeutics is advancing a differentiated approach that has the potential to redefine how IgE-mediated diseases are treated,” said Daniel Lyons, PhD, CFA, Portfolio Manager, Research Analyst, Janus Henderson Investors. “We believe the upcoming Phase 1 data will be an important milestone in validating this novel mechanism and we look forward to supporting the company as it works to bring this therapy to patients in need.”

PHB-050 is currently in a Phase 1 clinical trial for food allergy. The ongoing trial is expected to generate key data on safety, pharmacokinetics and the potential to rapidly reduce circulating IgE levels toward zero, which could inform the next stage of clinical development.

“This extension reflects the strong conviction of our new and existing investors in Poplar’s differentiated science and clinical strategy and will allow us to continue the development of our potential best-in-class anti-IgE therapy through Phase 2 clinical trials,” said Chip Baird, chief executive officer of Poplar Therapeutics. “We are thrilled to have Janus and RA Capital join our exceptional investor partners in our shared goal of transforming the treatment of atopic disease. We believe that PHB-050 has the potential to help millions of patients in need of effective treatment options.”

Despite the availability of omalizumab (Xolair®), a first-generation anti-IgE therapy, millions of patients with atopic diseases such as food allergy, allergic asthma and atopic dermatitis lack effective treatment options, representing a significant unmet medical need. Patients with elevated IgE levels are ineligible for or do not adequately respond to currently available treatments.

About PHB-050

More than seven million patients with atopic conditions have high IgE levels, with approximately three million considered ineligible for or resistant to current standard therapies. In food allergy, approximately 50% of patients are classified as having high IgE levels.

PHB-050 is a novel, next-generation anti-IgE antibody designed to treat multiple atopic diseases, including food allergy, asthma and atopic dermatitis with potential application for select orphan immunology and inflammatory diseases. Its unique triple-action mechanism is designed to not only block IgE from binding to mast cells that trigger allergic reactions, but also to rapidly reduce circulating IgE and inhibit its production.

Sanaregen™ Vision Therapeutics Receives FDA Clearance for Clinical Trial to Treat Retinal Degeneration

NASHVILLE, Tenn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#ClinicalTrials–Sanaregen Vision Therapeutics, a clinical-stage regenerative medicine company, today announced clearance by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to conduct a Phase I/II clinical trial for SVT-001, its investigational cell therapy.

The trial will assess safety and effectiveness of SVT-001 to improve retinal function and restore vision in individuals with Familial Drusen, an inherited form of macular degeneration. There are currently no approved disease-modifying treatments for the condition.

“This is a pivotal moment not only for our company, but for the families that have endured generations of early-onset blindness,” said Anthony Oliva, Ph.D., Chief Scientific Officer and co-founder. “We believe SVT-001 provides true hope to prevent the almost inevitable vision loss caused by this devastating condition that has largely been overlooked.”

Doug Oliver, President and co-founder, reflects on forwarding SVT-001 into clinical trials. “This represents nearly a decade of advocacy, scientific groundwork, regulatory cooperation and mission focus.” Oliver, a global award-winning patient advocate who has Familial Drusen, is known for his personal experience of vision recovery following cell-based therapy, which fueled his work with lawmakers to craft the 21st Century Cures Act. “I believe this cell therapy will ultimately be proven safe, easily administered, and highly effective at preventing and reversing vision loss. It’s a very exciting time for our company and patients alike.”

Rare Disease with Broader Market Implications

Familial Drusen is an aggressive retinal degeneration disorder characterized by early-age accumulation of waxy pathological deposits beneath the retina, called drusen. Many affected patients begin experiencing progressive central blindness around 40 years of age. While distinct from the much more prevalent disorder, dry age-related macular degeneration (AMD), the pathological similarities, including drusen accumulation and geographic atrophy, positions SVT-001 as a promising therapeutic candidate for AMD.

NVision Establishes First Strategic European Hub at University of Cambridge to Advance Clinical Translation of Quantum-Enhanced Metabolic MRI

The installation of the POLARIS™ platform at the Department of Radiology at the University of Cambridge supports research in oncology, neurodegeneration, and cardiovascular disease.

ULM, Germany & CAMBRIDGE, United Kingdom — March 3, 2026 — NVision, a quantum healthcare company, today announced the establishment of its first long-term research partnership in Europe at the Department of Radiology, University of Cambridge. This deployment creates a European research center for POLARIS, NVision’s proprietary system that produces the metabolic imaging agent for standard MRI.

This partnership follows a year of international expansion. In 2025, NVision collaborated with leading institutions, including Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, to demonstrate the feasibility of standardized, high-throughput metabolic imaging. Building on this momentum, NVision and researchers at Cambridge University’s Department of Radiology are now establishing a translational research pipeline with POLARIS, creating a direct route for quantum-enhanced diagnostics to move from the lab to the clinic.

“In 2025, we demonstrated that quantum in healthcare is a deployed reality. In 2026, we are integrating POLARIS into leading translational research environments,” said Sella Brosh, CEO of NVision. “Together with our partners at Cambridge, we have two objectives: to develop clinical applications for quantum-enhanced metabolic MRI that have the potential to radically improve patient outcomes, and to establish robust metabolic biomarkers that accelerate decision-making in drug development.”

POLARIS boosts the MRI signal of sugars over 10,000x through a process known as hyperpolarization, making it possible for standard MRI systems to “light up” and measure cell metabolism in real-time. It is the first commercially available quantum-based polarizer, using parahydrogen-induced polarization (PHIP) to produce metabolic imaging agent in under three minutes. By visualizing disease activity in real-time, POLARIS empowers researchers to assess therapy effectiveness within days rather than months.

The Cambridge team will leverage the POLARIS platform to conduct research across cancer, neurodegeneration, and cardiovascular diseases, with an initial focus on:

  • Liver Cancer: Despite being the third leading cause of cancer deaths globally, liver tumors remain difficult to characterize in cirrhotic tissue using standard imaging. The team aims to use POLARIS to reveal early metabolic changes in the liver before tumors form.
  • Multiple Sclerosis (MS): While standard MRI captures blood–brain barrier leakage and lesion burden, it offers limited insight into lesion biology or ongoing tissue injury. POLARIS provides a direct functional readout of tissue metabolism, offering deeper insights to better guide treatment for the 3 million people living with MS worldwide.

Leading this initiative at the University of Cambridge are Ferdia Gallagher, Head of the Department of Radiology, and Joshua Kaggie, Director of the Preclinical Imaging Facility. Their team will use POLARIS to uncover the drivers of these conditions and inform the development and validation of new drugs.

“Our team is excited to be able to use POLARIS to probe the metabolism of diseases, particularly in cancer and within the brain,” said Professor Ferdia Gallagher. “Our aim is to detect early changes in metabolism as a predictor of tumor formation, as well as differentiating more aggressive from less aggressive disease based on specific metabolic fingerprints. We also want to explore how changes in metabolism with treatment can be used as a measure of early and successful response to treatment. Ultimately, we plan to translate these findings into the clinic to benefit patients in the future.”

NVision plans to deploy systems at leading global research centers throughout 2026, with the goal of beginning clinical studies next year.
